Responsibilities

• Knock on doors and start real conversations
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar (we’ll train you)
• Generate and qualify leads — you’re the front line
• Set appointments for our expert closers
• Closed solar deals before? Awesome — we’ve got advanced training to help you level up and close even more
• Be outside, moving, and creating your own momentum daily

Qualifications

• No experience? No problem — we’ll train you from the ground up
• Already have sales or closing experience? Even better — we’ll fast-track your training so you can hit the ground running
