What You’ll Be Doing

• Knock doors, build trust, and connect with homeowners
  
• Inspect roofs for storm damage
  
• Help guide clients through the insurance claim process
  
• Close deals and change lives
  
• Track progress in CRM and keep projects moving

You’ll be outside. You’ll talk to a lot of people. You’ll face rejection. But if you show up, work smart, and bring the energy, you’ll win.

Who We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone with camera and app capability
• Comfortable working face-to-face with homeowners
• Able to attend company trainings and meetings
• Willing to knock doors and self-generate leads
• Clean, professional appearance (no visible facial/neck tattoos or excessive piercings)
• Sales experience helpful, but not required — we’ll train you to win

Incentives

• Training Bonus to get you started
• Commission Per Job: $1,500–$3,500 per completed sale
• Uncapped Pay + Bonuses + Incentives
• Annual Company Trip for top producers

• Expected Income: $60,000–$120,000+ — top reps earn more
