What You’ll Do

You bring the initiative — we’ll provide the tools and support.

Responsibilities

• Self-generating leads and knocking doors
• Conducting thorough roof inspections
• Educating homeowners about storm damage and insurance claims
• Closing deals and signing contracts
• Managing projects through our CRM system
• Collaborating with our team to deliver 5-star service

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs
• Professional appearance (no visible facial/neck tattoos or excessive piercings)
• Smartphone for photos and app use
• Willing to self-generate leads and knock doors
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills
• Familiarity with roofing, construction, or insurance claims is a plus

Incentives

• Commission Per Sale: $1,500–$3,500 per completed roof
• Get Paid Quickly - 75% of your commission is paid up front

• Expected Income: $65K–$120K+ (top reps exceed this)
